- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and analytics.

4. Google Business Profile data
If you connect your Google Business Profile, we access the business details you authorise — such as your name, category, hours, photos, and reviews — only to generate and keep your website up to date. We use this data in line with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and you can disconnect your profile at any time from your dashboard.
5. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, and email providers who process data on our behalf under contract.

Content you choose to publish on your website is, by its nature, public.
6. Your rights and choices

You can manage most of this from your dashboard, or contact us to make a request. You can delete your account and published sites at any time.
7. Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. When you delete a site or your account, we remove the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
